Incredible location ready to call ahead for a taxi, in the great area.

The pool is nice, and there is parking nearby; the location is perfect and magnificent being right in the center of the city.

Magnificent location with free parking nearby. Breakfast with over cooked scrambled eggs old bacon, fresh coffee and old bacon. The smart staff working throughout the hotel.

The hotel is exceptionally clean and the employees are good. Generous and delicious breakfast to start the day. Excellent service and a Michelin star rated restaurant onsite. Modern facilities. Great location, right by the Christmas market, major attractions, river, and in the center of the old town.

Their linen was exquisite. The bed pillows were excellent but if they didn't suit they offered another 5 different types of pillows to suit everyone's requirements. Quality products in the rooms. Good choice of restaurants within the hotel. Reception staff very helpful and friendly. Nice lively bar in the evening.

Room service stopped after 11.00pm, which seems a little early for a 5 star hotel. No hair conditioner in the rooms. The pool and gym were a little small.

2nd year of our stay. Good location and great comfort of spacious rooms. Nice and helpful staff. TV set is new for this year.

Wireless reception was not that strong and finally I need to plug a wire to use internet service.

The units were reasonably large and bright with a bathtub. The staff are exceptionally attentive and managed the parking nearby. The hotel has an absolutely perfect location, close to the historic center.

I had a delightful stay in a long time. The hotel was remarkable and stunningly beautiful with fantastic location short walk to a cafe with outdoor tables, the restaurant and the spa/pool area, and the main train station as well as the trams. The staff was courteous and good and provided excellent service. The vibe here was quiet!

The location was great with private parking nearby, and we had a fantastic dining experience with delicious food and top-notch service.

A 5 star hotel that is actually 5 star! Perfect base to visit the lovely city of Freiburg.

The hotel staff were smart. The pool was nice and I had soft drinks in the outdoor bar.

The deluxe single room has hardwood floors and top-notch air conditioning. Central location with easy access to taxi services. Located near a pedestrian street, temporary bike lane/sidewalk, and a café.
